Studio rentals for fully equipped online events in Recoleta, City of Buenos Aires, to provide our clients with a comprehensive solution where they can have all the necessary elements for their virtual seminars

Organize your broadcast using our audio, LED lighting, videoconferencing, video streaming on Youtube, Facebook, Linkedin, and recording of your event. We can also translate your virtual event into several languages and transmit them.

Dimensiones y mobiliario

The room has a dimension of 9 meters wide x 11 meters and can be adapted to workshops, meetings and courses. Furnished with 20 gray tables and 40 black chairs.

Electricity

Independent electrical board with connection capacity of 50 notebooks.

Internet connection

Exclusive CISCO router for the room with internet speed of 50 Megabytes so that all attendees can navigate comfortably.

Projection

The room has a double projection of 4,500 ANSI LUMENES with two 2.5 meter screens, and also a plasma with HDMI input for a second separate projection.

Audio

Room-installed audio features Shure PGX4 UHF tie-back microphones, 2 JBL speakers, Yamaha amplifier, 2 AKG handheld Q&A microphones.

Videoconference

Save on speaker transportation expenses and reach out to our room with our video conferencing team. The videoconferencing system installed is CISCO Tandberg, connected to the audio in the room to amplify the sound. The interpretation booth is connected to the video conference for smooth communication.

Videostreaming

Broadcast your event to the interior of the country or to other countries from our room. The videostreaming system allows transmission to Facebook or YouTube with a Sony camera. The installation is already fixed and connected to the audio of the room. You can broadcast the event with or without simultaneous translation.

Simultaneous translation equipment

The translation equipment includes a fully equipped flush-mounted booth outside the room with an IC2 interpretation console with Sennheiser HD 202 microphones, and Sennheiser 830S infrared receivers with integrated volume and 2-channel selector.

Coffeebreak and lunch

There are 2 islands for coffee break and lunch on both sides of the room to serve the catering service for your meeting with all the necessary dishes. The coffeebreak is calculated per person.
